This site is specialized for speech-language pathologists and other interested professions to increase their knowledge of communication and swallowing disorders. Information on diagnosis and treatment of a variety of disorders including dysphagia, medically fragile, autism, articulation, dysarthria and aphasia.
Concerned parents are encouraged to look over activities to carry over therapy in the home. Also look up normal language development for information regarding normal speech and language from birth through 5 years old.
Our primary goal is for speech pathologists to improve their diagnostic and therapy skills whether they are working in hospitals, clinics, home practice, skilled nursing facilities, or private practices.
